About Shipping

Normally, we will ship your order within 2 business days after preparation, excluding our store's holidays. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.
*Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on the day before a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Example: If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, the order will be confirmed on Monday and the product will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
*For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, it will take one day (total of 2 days) from the time of shipping to delivery.
*For shipments outside of Japan, items will be shipped within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery date can usually be specified up to 6 days after 2 business days from the date of order.
・Delivery time slots you can specify: Morning / 2-4pm / 4-6pm / 6-8pm / 7-9pm *If shipping outside of Japan, date and time cannot be specified.

You can check the delivery status after the product has been shipped from our store.
Please enter the shipping number of your parcel, which is listed in the shipping confirmation email.
You can check the delivery status of your package by entering your inquiry in the "Package Inquiry" section on the Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or UPS websites.
