When the product is delivered, please pay the payment to the Sagawa Express delivery person.

This cannot be done except in cases of damage to the product due to transportation. If the product is damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact after 7 days will not be eligible for returns.

If the product is damaged due to transportation, we will handle it on delivery.
