Expression and confirmation that it is not an anti-social force
1) You represent that you do not fall under any of the following items in the present or past (including cases where they have been in the past), and you agree that they do not fall under the following items in the future.
(1) Gangs
(2) Those who have not been five years since they were no longer a gang member or a gang member
(3) Associate members of the gang
(4) Companies related to gangs
(5) General Aiyaku, etc., social movements, etc., or special intelligence violence groups, etc.
(6) A symbiotic of those listed in the previous items (hereinafter referred to as "members of gangs, etc.");
(7) A person designated by the Japanese government or foreign government, etc. as subject to economic sanctions.
(8) Others that our company recognizes as being comparable to the previous items.
2) As defined in the preceding paragraph (6), "symbiotics of crime members, etc." refers to those who fall under any of the following items:
(1) People who take advantage of the fund-raising activities of organized crime groups, etc., or try to increase their profits by utilizing the power, information, financial strength, etc. of organized crime members, etc.
(2) A person who is deemed to have a relationship that is controlled by a gang member, etc., or is substantially involved in the management.
(3) Persons who are deemed to be unfairly using crime members, etc.
(4) A person who has a relationship with the knowledge that he is a member of a crime organization, providing funds, etc., or providing convenience.
(5) Persons who have a socially condemned relationship with members of the crime group.
3) The User shall ensure that he or she will not use himself or a third party to carry out any acts that fall under the following items:
(1) Violent demand.
(2) Unjust acts of demand beyond legal liability.
(3) Acts of threatening words or using violence regarding card transactions (including card usage, payment, additional services, etc.).
(4) Acts that spread rumors, use fake simulated or powerful tactics to damage our company's credibility or interfere with our business.
(5) Other acts that are similar to those in the previous items.
4) If the user falls under any of the following items or is likely to fall under any of the following items, the Company may refuse your order.
(1) If any of the items of paragraph 1 falls under any of the items.
(2) If you commit an act that falls under any of the items of the preceding paragraph.
(3) If it is found that you have made a false declaration regarding a statement or commitment pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs 1 or 3.
