Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or discounts after purchase.

Even if our products are new or unused, they may be damaged due to storage or transportation.
If you would like a completely new or unused item, we recommend purchasing it from an authorized store.

Returns
・If you cancel after payment of the deposit (10% of the product amount), the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or discounts after the full payment is made.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons after the product has been shipped.
*This cannot be handled unless the product is damaged due to transportation. If the product is damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact after 7 days will not be eligible for returns.
-If the product is not received after shipping and is returned, it will be treated as a cancellation.
In that case, we will charge you 10% of the product amount and a cancellation fee, and we will refund the remaining amount. *The remittance fee will be borne by the buyer.
