  • How do I register as a member?

- Anyone can register as a member for free. Please register by clicking "New Registration" at the top of the page.

  • What is the usage fee?

- There is no fee for shopping at LUXARIA, but you will be responsible for any fees incurred when transferring the product price. Also, membership registration is free.

  • I haven't received the email for email verification

- There may be an error in the email address you registered. If it has been sorted into your spam folder, move it to your inbox. Also, if there is a possibility that it has been identified as spam, please set it up by adding it to your allowed recipients list. Payment

  • Payment

- You can choose to pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery, installment payments (shopping credit), or credit card.

  • Payment Process

- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please complete payment of the full product price within two business days of the operating company, Our Value, including the day you receive the "Order Confirmation Email" sent after placing your order. (If the Order Confirmation Email is sent in the afternoon, the next business day will be counted as one business day.) If you do not make payment within the payment deadline, you may lose your right to purchase the product and your membership rights.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we will send you a separate email with instructions on how to pay by credit card after you place your order. Please complete the credit card payment within 2 days of receiving the email.

  • The clock sent by LUXARIA does not work

- There may have been an accident or trouble during delivery by the delivery company. Please inform the delivery company of the "breakdown" and have them collect the item. Collection is required within one week of delivery. After that, we cannot accommodate your request. Also, if you return the item directly to LUXARIA, the delivery company will not be able to cover the insurance. Please be sure to request collection from the delivery company.
