Buying tax-free
From 1 November 2026, Japan's tax refund works differently. You pay the price including consumption tax in the store and show your passport. When you leave Japan within 90 days of the purchase, you have the item checked at customs before you check in your luggage, and the tax is then refunded. Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in during opening hours. If you want to see a specific item, message us the item number first so we can check it is still here.

Yes. Staff who speak English and Chinese can help you in the store and on WhatsApp or WeChat.
Can I pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay?
Yes. In the store we accept credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay.
Can I buy tax-free?
Yes, for eligible items. Bring your passport. The procedure is done at the tax-free counter in the store, and the tax is refunded after customs checks the item when you leave Japan.
