User Guide

Once you find the product you want, press the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.

A screen will appear to confirm the contents of your current cart, so please make sure you have made any mistakes and press the appropriate button to proceed with the purchase process.
・Customers who have already registered as members to our store > [Login and proceed]
・Customers who have not registered as a member > "Proceed to order process"
*If you have not registered as a member, please enter your customer information in "STEP 4", then register as a member before proceeding with the purchase process.
You can choose to complete the purchase process without registering as a member.

If you have already registered as a member of our store, please log in from this screen.

Please enter the required fields such as your name, email address, address, and phone number.
If you would like to register as a member, you can register using the customer information you have entered, so please continue entering your desired password and press the [Register as a member and click the Next button.
If you are making a purchase without registering as a member, please uncheck the check box from "Agree to the membership terms and conditions and register your orderer information as a member" and proceed to the next screen.
*If the delivery address is different for a gift, etc., you can specify a new delivery address on the next screen.

If the delivery address of the product is different from the address entered in "STEP 4", please press the [Change] button in the delivery address and enter the new delivery address.
Please select the shipping method, desired delivery date, delivery time, and desired payment method.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
・Bank transfer
・Installation payment (shopping credit)
・Cash on delivery
・Credit card payment
*Installation payments and cash on delivery are not available when shipping to overseas addresses.

Delivery may be delayed depending on the timing of your payment.
If you are in a hurry, please use installments (shopping credit), credit card payment, or cash on delivery.

●The total amount paid will be the product amount and the transfer fee.

●The automatically sent confirmation email also contains account information, so please make your payment there.

■Regarding payment and delivery destinations
- You can also use bonuses with up to 84 installments.
- You can create repayment plans that suit your needs, such as skip payments, lump sum payments for bonuses, and bonus only payments.
- You can use this service from payments of 30,000 yen or more monthly payments.
- Products will only be delivered to the home address of the person who placed the order.

■ Regarding product shipping
The customer will complete the shipping process upon conclusion of the contract between Jacks Co., Ltd., Mitsui Sumitomo Card Co., Ltd., and Aplus Co., Ltd. *If there is a down payment, the product will be shipped after the contract is concluded with the loan company and the down payment is paid.
