Ref.116500LN is the sixth generation of the "Cosmograph Daytona." Though there are few changes from the previous model (Ref.116520), the major change is the Cerachrome bezel. Made of ceramic, it is extremely hard, has excellent scratch resistance and corrosion resistance, and is not easily affected by UV rays.
The stainless steel model uses the ceramic bezel, which has been used since 2011 at the Everrose Gold model, the Everrose Gold model, and the model was remodeled in 2016. The dial design has also been slightly changed.
The dials come in two variations, black and white, as in the previous model. Until now, black dials were overwhelmingly popular, but the black bezel has changed a big difference in impression, and the white dial has become popular since the ref. 116500LN. In particular, the white dial has a good impression that the circle part of the indial has been changed from silver to black.
The end of the reference number, "LN," short for the French word "Lunette Noir," means a black bezel.
